Our Long Bread concept strips things back to what matters - service, execution, and food that satisfies. Built with the same resilience and hard work of years past, this is food made for real life. Our truck was built like the cities that inspired it - from the ground up. It was custom built to meet our desired specifications along with our stripped back approach and vison. The truck is a fully self-contained, professionally equipped mobile kitchen designed for efficiency and quality. Truly "Built Different" to service festivals, street vending, and everything in between.Â

I am a classically trained chef born in Cleveland, Ohio with deep respect and pride for tradition, family, and community. Throughout all of my life and professional career, comfort food has been deeply rooted in me. Rust Belt Long Bread Co. was born from my stripped down experiences and personal love of all things home - the people, the food, and the culture that built me.
Being a part of Rust Belt Long Bread Co. means more than just working on a truck - it's about family, hard work, and building something we believe in and are proud of. I'm here to learn, grow, and help build the foundation of what comes next.
BACKBONE

My experience spans hospitality management, event planning, and accounting, where I’m also a partner in another business while working behind the scenes here. Originally from Tennessee, Medina felt like the right place to call home. The square and community reminded me a lot of the South. Together, we built Rust Belt Long Bread Co. as a reflection of what we value most - family and home.
